The right of admission to any Latinissimo Dance Co. event is reserved and lays with Latinissimo Dance Co. and/or the management of the venue where the event is being held. Latinissimo Dance Co. reserves the right to withdraw, replace, substitute artists, amend the program or change prices and/or seating arrangements.

Please choose carefully when making payments. ALL payments are final, no refund is available unless a course or event is cancelled. Once course has commenced, no transfer to other course is allowed. In case of  long term (4 weeks or more) illness, transfer is allowed when medical certificate is provided. No certificate, No transfer, No exception.

All dance tuition is undertaken at your own risk. Latinissimo Dance Co. does not accept any liability for any injuries sustained. Latinissimo Dance Co. does everything possible to ensure your safety. Please take care to listen and follow directions very carefully, and be sure to ask if you are unsure before proceeding with any movement.
